Vintage Plain Indigo Cotton with Mend

A vintage Japanese plain indigo cotton piece, originally part of a kimono. The cloth has a soft indigo tone with fading from age and use. Several areas have been mended by hand, adding character to the piece.

Light to medium weight with a soft handle, it is suitable for sewing, mending, and other textile projects.

It is in good vintage condition with some subtle staining, and has been washed and is ready to use.
